Hi,
two weeks ago I was looking for desmids in one of my favourite
sphagnum ponds. Surprisingly there was a lot of the very beautiful
heliozoon Acanthocystis turfacea. :-)
In this video some scenes illuminated by a darkfield condenser or
asymmetric Col with blue or gray backround.
