I found it again in my sample jar, after 3-4 months it still lives there (:

Looks like you have that D600 microscope running nicely. The DIC has a very nice tonality to it.

yes, it works very well, but I still find images a bit unsharp in my opinion. To eliminate all doubts I have to try a PlanApo objective...
