Very nicely done. I know how difficult it is to get high quality images like this at high magnification.

These are great!

Did you use monochrome, short wavelength light, or were these done with normal full-spectrum "white light"?

I used a green filter.
the microscope: Zeiss Jena Jenaval Contrast.
Objective: APO 100x/1.4
Condenser: 1.3

Brilliant photos. I love the simplicity yet intricate detail all at the same time. Guess that is why diatoms are one of my favourite organisms for photography.
