Hello Francisco,

Your testate amoeba is a crushed amoeba! It is probably Difflugia acutissima, which has a tubular shell. Its shell has been broken by the pressure of the cover slip. Thats why it can't move forward, despite of its efforts. While its is crushed, it looks like a triangle.
