Excellent images and subject. Do you have to do much post processing to your images to get them that sharp and clear? What camera do you use?

The camera is a Panasonic Lumix TZ8.
Images processed in GIMP, mostly clean background, sometimes sharpen fears. Photos I am doing all the time by applying the camera to the eyepiece of the microscope.

They are amazing quality. :)

How do you set the focus to shoot through the eyepiece, at infinity, or auto focus? I have a similar camera, but could never get it to focus right.

The need for experience, always taking pictures on manual settings, I tested a few compact cameras with varying degrees of success. Auto focus and sharpen once again not, but it does not make much difference in picture quality. I met my Panasonic as well as look into the microscope eyepiece to know what camera parameters set.
