Arturo, the water is collected samples in the Port of Catarroja - Valencia, a canal that opens into the Albufera, with stagnant water rich in amoebae.

I think it is Penardia mutabilis! Colour and shape are very typical.

this is Chlamydomyxa labyrinthuloides Archer 1875.

The species Penardia mutabilis Cash 1904 is probably identical with Chlamydomyxa labyrinthuloides Archer 1875.
