Daphnia

Post by pwnell »

Seems like we have another Daphnia bloom in our ponds. They boom and bust based on my experience trying to find some and coming up empty handed some months.

Hope you like them. PS: Is this an egg inside the first one, and magnified in the second?

Thanks. I cannot get over how beautiful the micro world is... From diatoms to tiny crustaceans... So glad I got my microscope.
