Not certain about this, but I think a species of Cladophora.
- green branched filament
- irregular polygonal chloroplasts
- chloroplasts sometimes in a net- like distribution close to the cellwall (2nd photo)
- distinctive pyrenoids with starch ring (last two photos)
There are hundreds of similar species; relatively few in freshwater, most in brackish and salt water. Many species would be very happy in the Baltic !
