Maybe blue-green algae which have colonised the shed skin or dead remains of something.

That's Microcystis wesenbergii, with a typical dense mucus layer. Blue-green, indeed.

maybe dog hehe :)

These cyanobacteria form blooms greenish water was full of them, but it's probably not Microcystis wesenbergii. Kave other balls in the middle, somewhat related to the yeast.

Hi,

I am with Frez and René on this - it looks like a dog and it is Microcystis wesenbergii. The lobed colony and the wrinkled surface are important features for the diagnosis.

Sure you're right, my knowledge is poor, and the English poor. In Polish literature is little thematic
