Yes, it's
E. spirogyra...the warty protuberances are pretty distinctive.

Strictly speaking, it's now called
Lepocinclis spirogyroides (Marin et al, 2003), but the old name is still in common use. The old Euglena clade was pretty messed up...
E. spirogyra shared a branch of the family tree with
Leponcinclis ovum and a bunch of
Phacus species.

With that weird, semi-rigid pellicle you can see why it was moved to
Lepocinclis.
