Here a set of images of this beautiful rotifer.

All with Nikon TE300, 20x/0.75, DIC, flash and Canon T3i mounted on the front port (40x on th sensor) of the TE300.

Wonderful pictures!

Help me out with the ID, please. In this thread we have "Testudinella", and in another thread by ABEL appears "Testunidella". The critters look similar but not identical. Is one of these names a misspelling, or are there really two groups named so similarly?

I think Abel did misspell it, I did a search for "Testunidella" and only get the posts by Abel.
