Ciliate - ID???

Here is a ciliate that I found and I would like to know the ID.

I can't help with the ID but I have another question to add to discussion. What are the red/orange globules I am seeing here? I've seen it in ciliates and crustaceans. My guess has always been it is a lipid as it resembles oils I have seen in shellfish, but I'm not sure.

Beautiful! Resembles Pseudokeronopsis rubra, but I don't see transverse cirri, so I would (very tentatively!) suggest Uroleptopsis (a genus that was erected by Kahl, dropped by Borror, and lately resurrected by Berger). Are we seeing hints of the "ring-shaped" structures found in Uroleptopsis citrina? That's a yellow species, but Borror and Wicklow synonymised it with P. rubra, so maybe there are "orange" varieties?

That's likely to be Pseudokeronopsis rubra, I think (again, very tentatively!)

Edit to add: another candidate might be Anteholosticha pulchra, which Kahl called Keronopsis pulchra (describing it as like K. rubra, but wider), and which has been named, variously, Holosticha rubra and H. pulchra. Unless I'm reading your picture wrongly, it looks like we see several enlarged frontal cirri, which might steer us toward this ID. I can't read the frontoventral cirri very well...

I'm stuck in the "Urostyloid hairball" again.

It would be nice if Dr. H. Berger would stop by and sort it all out for us!
