The upper image shows a common sample often found in a cluster. The middle image is a spore I call the cannon ball. It comes in different sizes, always perfectly round and very dense. I have been able to penetrate it with a very bright lamp and long exposure. The lower image shows an association that may be part of the spore’s natural structure or a chance fall of two separate spores in the sampler.

Gee, I wonder if #2 could be a glass ash ball from a volcano eruption somewere in the world or " I would like to see what one looks like" :wink: More interesting shots Walter.
