Welcome! Some excellent pictures :D I particularly liked the third one down. Is the 'UFG' filter you are using some kind of universal filter? It gives good results.

Excellent images. I have seen the pattern yours are showing, but never so detailed. Is that an artifact of the filter?

I have never seen the crosshatch pattern on the internal organs yours is showing in #2. Very nice.

Welcome and very nice set. #3 shows very nice details.

Can you get the black background with the UGF only or your are using a darkfield condenser?

Hello Sebba28,

Welcome.
These are very nice pictures of Ceriodaphnia spec. (1-3), and I think Daphnia pulex (2-4-5).

Kind regards,

Clado
