Paramecium Caudatum and Euplotes Video

Post by curt0909 »

Taken with my new microscope a Reichert Diastar. First two clips were made with the Nikon Plan Apo 40x 0.95 direct projection and canon 600d 3x zoom. The rest are with Reichert 10x, 20x, 40x achro plan and 40x neoplan with a vintage Nikon 200mm f4 used as tube lens and canon 600d 3x zoom.

Excellent video, the microscope and coupling method are working well.

Thanks Art and Dave. Its nice to use a proper microscope instead of the hodgpodge of parts I was using before.
