Centropyxis tests - stereo pair

Post by gpmatthews »

I spent some time today mounting some Centropyxis tests. Here are a couple:

Image

Microscope: Zeiss Standard
Ocular: Zeiss KPL-W 10/18
Objective: Leitz ICT NPL Fluotar 40/0.7
Substage: Leitz ICT NA 0.9
Graham

Though we lean upon the same balustrade, the colours of the mountain are different.

That works well. The left one looks OK in mono, but without the stereo I misread the geometry of the right one. Nice work!

Good idea and nicely done! Don't think I've seen the 3-D treatment to these before, but it is a good subject for it.
