Perhaps an organism in a cyst. In the early part, "focusing artifacts" mimic pseudopodia, but the final sequence (1:30 - end) seems to show a fixed membrane around the creature.

Yes, maybe. Encysted ciliates & flagellates look quite amorphous & amoeboid, too.

Cysts don't move. You will be surprised, it's a shelled amoeba :D . To be more specific, I should know how it looks in side view, but I guess it's a Pyxidicula.

There were many organisms, more than 20.
just below the coverslip
They seemed flat
At the beginning of the video with oblique light straight I thought I saw some straight limits on the edge
I will try to film more

You can see the contractile vacuole - cysts don't have one.
