Here a set of amoeba (maybe proteus) that I found on a sample that I collect more than 3 weeks ago.

love the first one, it looks like there is somekind of jet engine at the back/front/side/whatever of that amoeba (:

It would be great to see this top quality phase contrast or polarization.

I am looking for a Nikon 20x phase 1 objective to try phase contrast (like the beautiful Surirella from Jacek).

Yes, this is much better for identification. It's Amoeba proteus. And the images are still stunning!

I found another subject and wanted to try a little more contrast DIC setting that the used on the set posted above.

I like the following more darker background, let me know if you like it more than the used above or not.
