Hi Marek--

Really nice polarization image. You can see the portions of the test that are oriented at 0 and 90 degrees to your retarder axis. We both found an Arcella willing to pose for a side view picture.

David, thank you. I saw your Arcella in your post - it is beautiful. DIC three-dimensional picture better presents its body and shell. Besides, my 40 X objective unfortunately doesn't create so sharp images I would expected.
