Hi,

I am not sure, could you help me !
the ciliat is very big about 350µm. Not easy to take a picture with the whole deep of field.

Splanapo 40/0,95 brightfield and DIC
Coolpix 995 + flash 1/500e to 1/2000e

For the last pic (DIC) I begin to obtain the background color I like.
