Recently stacked images.

All with Nikon TE300, 20x/0.75, DIC, flash, Canon TE300 mounted on the TE300 front port and Zerene stacker (DMap @ 1 micron step).

The stacking works well! No artefacts. Did you do any retouching, Arturo?

I think so; however I have seen amoebas pushing out diatom.

Yes; but only around the main subject (fixing the background).
