Taxus Endophytic Fungi

From a special kind of Endophytic Fungi that grows in a Taxus tree they make a serum against Cancer.
This is an Endophytic Fungi of Taxus I let grow for 1 1/2 week in the dark in a Petri-dish. Coloured with Safranin.

Byomic BYO500T microscope with 2.5x photo-oculair.
Plan 40/0.65 objectiv.
Kreutzfilter for oblique light.
Canon EOS50D Camera.

I just finished reading a mycological paper about endophytic fungi here recently. Did I learn anything? Well, not really sure as yet. :smt017 The last photo does appear to be spores but I am curious as to what that round object is in the second to last photo. These are very good by the way. :D

Thanks, I send the photo's to Claudia Kuelling, also a member of our Nederlands Genootschap Voor Microscopie. She is a fungi specialist.
But I have no reaction from her till now.

The last picture should be conidia of a fusarium fungi.
