I found few of them on my marine sample. I remember to had seen it in the past; but could not take pictures of it.

These specimens jump quicky!

All of them with Nikon TE300, 20x/0.75 objective, DIC , flash and Canon T3i mounted on the front port of the TE300.

The images you are posting lately are magnificent, Rogelio. I always had the idea that there was not that much difference between modern microscopes and the old ones but this contrast is really nice.

Wim,

I am doing a comparison between E600/E800/E1000/TE200/TE300 and 80i/90i/Ti Nikon DIC system, I will post the results soon. I do not have other DIC system to test, I would love to have a finite optics DIC system to test.
