They don't get much more colourful than this. Crystalized from isopropyl alcohol. 40x acromat with full extinction DIC on Olympus BH-2

Amazing that square crystals can grow alongside jagged ones.

Hi Mitch, It looks like that but I think they are all square shaped its just that the ones in the upper image have grown much faster and much smaller.
