I found this bristle worm in a sample that has plants.

Jacek,

The setup was: Nikon TE300 microscope, Plan Apo 20x/0.75 objective, DIC, flash and Canon T3i mounted on the front port of the TE300.

Nice detail of a species I have never seen. I have found about 10 species in the river here, but never noticed or was able to resolve the fine cilia on any of them, if they had any. Is that the mouth, to the right of center?

Yes, that to the right of the center is the mouth, check the following:
