Wow, excellent detail. Do you know what the diamond shaped particles inside it are, in the first image?

Yes, I have read about them, but never seen them. Your images make it more understandable. :)

Hi Abel,

Your Amoeba striata is not a striata. It is a Thecamoeba, but I need more information to identify it: how large is it and how is the shape of the nucleus? It could be Thecamoeba terricola.

The Chaos amoeba is also not a Chaos. He is in a stationary position, because he was disturbed. You have to wait a longer time before he starts moving, preferable without light. Only then you can make a more positive identification. Chaos amoebae don't have such large crystals, I think it is a Polychaos species, but it is crucial to know if there is one nucleus or more and the shape of the nucleus.

Eureka Ferry ¡. I will look at it in another occasion These details.
She tape-worm an alone nucleus and she was in the filter of the aquarium, she has 150-200 microns and 4-5 strias
