Stylonychia division

Here a set of pictures that show the division process of a Stylonychia.
The time from the first picture to the last was around 15 minutes.
The body length on the first picture is around 145 microns and 167 microns on the last.

All of them with Nikon TE300, 20x/0.75, DIC and Canon T3i mounted on the front port of the TE300.

I did try to get the maximum dynamic range rotating the Senarmont polarizer.
