Can't help with the ID, so I am curious to see what it turns out to be. At least I have seen these before.

Probably Urostyla. It appears to be in an early stage of division (unless I'm misreading the images, a "waist" seems to be forming, and there is the beginning of stomatogenesis).

I should add that I don't think you can rule out other flexible hypotrichs -- such as the Gonostomatids and Kahliellids -- without getting a better view of the ciliation. I think I see transverse cirri in picture #3, but can't be sure. The kineties are visible, but how may are there? I can't really tell.

Perhaps somebody with more experience will offer an opinion.
