Especially the nucleus is beautiful. It is a little tricky to give an ID, because it is not moving, but I put my money on a Thecamoeba. When its moving, you should usually see some dorsal folds or striae. Look here http://www.arcella.nl/thecamoeba. Sorry I had no time to add the names.

..oh yes Ferry , you are right ..there are some kind of striae on dorsal side...if i get a new pics i'll post it.

Wow! Excellent! Can't remember having seen a picture of a single cell taken with traditional light microscopy methods that was more rich in detail than this!
