Stylonychia - BF, DF and DIC

Here some pictures of Stylonychia, the first picture is bright field, the second is dark field and the last two are DIC.

Impressive images. The granular contents of the cytoplasm, vacuoles, lipid droplets, storage granules,organelles etc. are beautifully displayed.
