aluminium screw-shape chip

Post by Litonotus »

I drilled a little piece of aluminium yesterday, and I saved some chips, here it is how they look like under low magnifications. it is a great 'specimen' for the time I have better equipment and possibility to make good stacks...

both are 4-5 image stacks, taken with the univesal filter and a side desk light.

I'm looking for the the extemely rare V-IM magnification changer for the E800 scope. If you have seen a listing or have one for sale please let me know.
