That's interesting Chris. Is it producing and releasing any gas at this point? I admit I don't know how this stuff works. :)

They are resting yeast cells, dissolved in drop of clean water so there is no any fermentation at this point.
Noticable granules inside of them are rather storage granules and vacuoles.
