Thank you very much to all for your comments.

René, that pictures were taken using #1.5 coverslip as the slide and covered with #1 coverslip (if you do not cover the drops of water then the background is not even). The condenser was 0.85 NA.

Great, if you watch close, you can see a food vacuole forming below the mouth, just like a paramecium.
