It's just not fair. Your 1000x images are clearer than my 100x images.

truly amazing! did you make any measurement of the algae for the magnification of the photo taken, like a 10 microns bar, so it could help to make estimate of the measure to that magnification

Soniclink, I didn't make any measurements but I have eyepiece with a scale and I think it's good suggestion to add scale bar to images.
