This Alien looking blob with strange tentacles and a kind of syphon I found in a sample of the Dutch coast of the Northsea.

It could be a Medusa.

I searched a little at the internet and it could be Medusa indeed. Thanks.

Yes, it's a medusa (= "jellyfish") for sure, in this case one of the Cnidaria: Hydrozoa.
