They are all stunning, compared to what I get. :)

Is there an explanation of what the two clear parts are at the ends of the horns? Seen videos and stills of them, but never an explanation of what they are for.

Mitch640, the clear parts at the end of the cell are vacuoles filled with grainy crystals of barium or calcium sulfate, moving around them. It's a result of Brownian movements.
There is no clear explanation of their function. Probably they play some role in osmoregulation or perform function of statoliths.

Thanks for the explanation. Very interesting that someone actually knows what the particles are made of. I bet that was fun, collecting samples. :)
