I found this in a sample rich with Colpodas, including several cysts. I have seen them divide, but not with a 'nucleus' (see first pic). I only was able to observe for a few seconds, because it blew right after the first pic.

This object literally 'blew-up'. Very voilent. Only about two seconds between shots.
