The rotifer Stephanoceros fimbriata in a video

Post by myriophyllum »

Hi,

I've made a video of the nice rotifer Stephanoceros fimbriata
using darkfield and modified Rheinberg illumination.
The rotifer is sitting on a myriopyllum plant and waiting for something
to catch like the small alga in the Rheinberg scene.

Technique:
Zeiss Standard 18, Planapos 10 and 25; Canon DSLR 5DII, Darkfield (Zeiss Ultracondenser) and Rheinberg (blue backround) illumination.
