Unidentified floating object

Excuse my ignorance, I am learning beginner and I do not know what is that I found when photographing Micrasterias rotata. CZJ Apochromat 16/0.40, MF Projektiv K 3.2x, Darkfield, real size approx 80um, in mesotrophic, slightly acidic sweet water. Could anybody help me?
