Hi Antonio

Spirogyra has always been one of my favourite objects. I was experimenting with some algae the other day and was quite happy with using a green interference filter plus a simple oblique illumination one. Hopefully I'll look at some Spirogyra cells with this combo but all I can find is Volvox :(

Whats the objective type, power and N.A.?

Hello bromodomain,

I used Objectives Leitz NPL NPL 25/0.50 and 40/0.65 Interf.Kontrast with a Leitz 10X eyepiece.

Saludos.
