Here a few shots from a quick plankton net scoop in Puget sound. I typically don't find too many Cladocerans, but there were a few of the species seen in the first two images. Don't know if is belongs in Evadne (Genus) or Podon.

The last two images are of Oikopleura. There have been a fair number of images of these posted in the forum already. One reason I added these is to show just how effective basic oblique brightfield (third image) can be. Stands up nicely compared to the DIC (last image).
