Pond water 40and 100X semicircular "body" with protruding setae

Thank you both for your comments. My initial impression was that of one of the Coleochaetaceae.

For me it is looking more like some kind of Chaetophora: http://www.dr-ralf-wagner.de/Bilder/Cha ... fTeich.jpg .
