Those are truly great shots. Could you please describe or attach a picture of how your flash source is integrated into the BX-51 illuminator? Do you have a beam splitter in the lamp house or somewhere else?

Beautiful set Abel (And the cyanobacteria in the other thread) - the phase contrast images show a lot of detail but artistically I think the DIC images are much prettier!
Does the fiber introduce the light from the flash directly under the condenser, or inside lamp house at the back? I am trying to adapt a BX-series to use flash and your setup gives such spectacular results that I would like to try the same thing. A picture would be very useful, either here or in the Equipment forum.
