There seems to be two versions, a Silverlight version which refuses to recognise that I have Silverlight 2.0 installed and a Flash version which loads as far as looking for the video server about every tenth attempt and then reports 'unable to connect to video server'. I have tried disabling my firewall temporarily and no effect. It's strange because I can see U-tube and BBC i-Player stuff OK.
Well, that's annoying. For me it works OK in Firefox and in IE 8, both apparently using SilverLight. If I click on the " Afspelen in Flash" link, then there's a brief and successful loading of subtitle and streamdata XML, followed by "Failed to connect to video server" as you describe.

Looks to me like a server configuration issue.

Well I'm going to give up trying for now. I've even uninstalled and reinstalled SilverLight with no joy. I might try tomorrow on a different computer.

Thanks Wim. That works beautifully. I second the comments about the equipment, very enviable.
