Hello Mitch

Right on with Euplotes...your second one maybe Aspidisca but definitely not Strombidium or Strombilidium

Thanks for the ID help John. Without some sort of training or years of schooling, I'm finding it really hard to ID some of these. I mean, I just don't know where to start. Typing "round ciliate" in the search box doesn't get you very far. LOL You have to at least have some place to start.
