Video test for testing an illuminator LED - Luxeon 1W - Nikon microscope adapted to a Fluophot.
I used an image with little motion-rotifer - and other more moving - ciliates -
Have employed different lighting systems, oblique, darkfield .. to determine the characteristics of LED lighting
What do you think?

Thanks guys for your comments.
Mitch: I have no much experience in this LED illuminator, so I have try no "over-bright" this system.
Franz: I think it could be Prorodon ciliate.
LED Illuminator is made of an 1W luxeon white led and a northbridge PC cooler.
I have used an old zeiss illuminator to put this led system inside and be able to center the led inside it.
The cooler is fixed to bulb socket with 2 components Nural (or poxipol).
Dimmer is homemade (DIY) - see schematic.
Best regards,
Francisco.
