Beautiful algae Cosmarium pachydermum

This algae is large size about 70㎛.
I isolated this algae freshwater in Korea.
It has large holes and spot in around.

At first I thought this was undergoing mitosis but realized that it is a desmid maturing. This is a very nice series of images.

I don't know whether not you understand.
I'm not good at English.

It is true that I don't understand well.

I used X1000, OLYMPUS OP71 camera, OLYMPUS BX01 microscopy and UPLanSoApo lens.
