I got these from spinning down some plant leaves from my aquarium. I have been seeing these recently and wondered if their appearance is due to the hours of daylight the jar is getting. Nothing else has changed since end of October.
Also of as much interest as these, are the other bugs which show some effects from the centrifuge. Some, not shown, get really weird, elongated like genie bottles, all the chloroplasts down at one end, dumbell shapes, and zipping in circles. This guy just sat there, others on the slide actually moved pretty fast.

Thanks Francisco.
Ha, no video. I was set up and ready to go, then the stage came lose and the coverslip hit the lens. I had to stop and clean the lens, then ended up taking the whole arm off and fixing the stage. Apparently I had it mounted wrong. It's been that way since I got it. I finally got it right and if it's like yours, it's a revolving stage.
At least it's tight and solid now, but by the time I got done, all my bugs were gone. Maybe later, I will do another slide. with video.
