I think I know what this is. I think it is a small detached part of a ctenophor, a comb jelly. A piece of its body with a couple of the combs beating. Did you use a glas pipette? If this has a sharp edge (because the glass was a bit damaged it could have cut off a small part of the organism.

Wim, thanks for your information, it is a good choice.
Reviewing old records, I remembered a similar video, I found this record for the year 2009 in which something very similar (perhaps same). Last part of the video shows a strange animal, perhaps, has a connection.
The recording is poor quality but can be useful.
