Very nice effect at 0:44. Looks like DIC. This is one rotifer I have also found here. Very nice.

Thanks Mitch. Efects at time 0:44 simulate a "oblique pseudo-illumination" Unfortunately, as you know, it's very difficult to adapt, in the Fluophot, a DIC.
Thanks Rogelio. I get this lighting effects with the movement of the turret phase contrast condenser.
Capacitor 10X and 40X. Darkfield
Objective 20X and 20X. Capacitor oblique pseudo-illumination
Etc.
Sometimes I can get a nice effect by moving the condenser turret without actually "fit" into his retention.
I will publish a video where you can see the different effects.
